I am creating a new shop in Prestashop with Vela Theme. I have put some words in bold but I can't see them. There is no change (in the product main descriptions and in cms pages).
Also I have tried to change the family fonts in the Field Theme customizer. I change the family, and the editor says that is saved, but I refresh the page and nothing happens, the family is the same than at the beginning.
Could you help me? How can I make these 2 changes?
I refer that when I change the family font and save the changes, in the front office the same typography is shown. I send you the screenshot 'font type change', that is the place where I change the family font, without any results.
And about the 'words in bold' I send you 2 screenshots. In one of them, 'words-in bold' I show you the back office with the description of the product, with some words in bold. And in the second one, 'front page not showing words in bold' you can see that the text is not showing any word in bold. The screenshot is about the product description, but this problem is happenning in all the pages, the words in bold are not shown.
Let me know if you need more information. And if you can help me in these two issues.
we checked from your website with change font-family from back office and it's work fine, we thinks you make it but don't clear cache, please see images below and check again:
And please delete cache browers before f5 page to check
About strong word in bold, we checked again and realize it's ok, it can be cause by cache, please check again:
