But we sorry you, from our localhost, we checked and test that and many our customers had problem the same with version prestashop 1.6.1.9.

We give their how to fix as we gave to you and everything is ok.

So one again, we sorry but please clear cache folder on your server, from back office and cache of browers and check again:

Then, please go to your server of root/cache/smarty, please rename 2 folder "cache" and "compile"

Last please delete cache of Browser and check again.

 Or Please provide us FTP credentials and Back Office access of your site.

Hi, we wonder if it's easy because as we told you. When your store on old theme and we sellect theme newyork, we have error as image we gave you. we don't know why. And just now, we try connect back office and it's ok. So we don't uncertain it's easy to sellect old theme, we think we have error from your server, and we don't know why. We have yet this error.

 but we have some problem, we don't find solution from network. We don't know why, but from our localhost, with theme and version prestashop 1.6.1.9, fom back office, we have no problem with vertical megamenu > json. 

So we find from network to know why,it's take us lose some time.

Hi, your problem with json is still error.

before we find solution from network and we try add line code "dataType: json," on file "fieldvmegamenu.php" line 360. error json is sovled but we can't add field item or save content.

we are very confused, because from our localhost with vertical menu on prestashop 1.6.1.9, we have no this error, and we tried upload module vertical_menu on our localhost to your server to test, but we are still have this error.

We spend many time to find solution for this problem, but we can't find out.

As image you see, from line code we add and hightlight, you have URL. we wonder how the error could come from your server?
