Good morning, I have a shop in active prestashop, I bought your theme for prestahop NEWYORK but I want to know if I can install the template in my shop without losing any change. And I also want to know how to install it. a greeting
we don't understand when you told "without losing any change". it's mean, you have a shop in active prestashop with a theme and now you want install our theme?
please install theme normaly as document that we gave you from package you download. But when you active our theme, modules of our theme to be install and active, modules of old theme to be uninstall, so config of old module don't effect on your site because this theme to be disable. And data and config of old modules don't change.
I'm sorry, but I do not quite understand.
1. Install as instructed.
2. Active modules of the theme.
3. Do I leave old modules activated from my store? I have purchased a PS CheckOut Module (all on one page) and it should work because my client wants it.
