I was told before I purchase the theme that I can add more tabs under the More Info area of the product page, I can't seem to find where I will be able to do that some of the products I have, do have more info that I want to divide in to 2 more tabs. Also the Size Guide shows globally, I would like the option that it will only be available on clothing category or certain category I can assign, right now I can't see that option under the module configuration.
Hi, we use function of default prestashop to display tabs on product page for products.
Please check again how to config them from prestashop default, you can config value and they will be display, with each product, please config from back office:
+ about sizechart, from our demo, we put :"globally" for all products from config module, if you don't want that, please go to back office modules > field sizechart > off option "globally", then with each products, you can config sizechart for them as you want:
Thank you for the support. When I purchased the theme I did asked if I can add more tab and put content beside the predefined, the answered was yes I can, but I guest I was miss understood. I want to add different content on each tab such as more text info, video etc. I manage to purchase a module that do exactly I was referring to.
For the Size Chart thank you for showing me how to do that; but now I just noticed that the pop-up box of the size chart also has a size issue see the the screenshot, can you tell me where I should look for and how to fix the issue, also can that box have a scroll down if the content is longer than the box especially when dealing with responsive resizing of the box.
1. Yes as you told, you ask us "you can add tab and content", it's ok. you can make it from back office for products. About how to add content of each tab, please try from prestahop default with info you add for product and go to product-page, you will see content display. We use function for product-page and display tab with content to be input. We have no impaction on this function. So if you input content from back office > products all, content of tab to be display as default.
2.About sizechart module, please go to back office and input again image as you want and note you can config with and height of popup-sizechart.
