i have uploaded my images into slideshow module, unfortunatelly you can not see them on the homepage, the images keeps loading. i have checked a few img formats .jpg, .png, no difference recognized. The image is properly loaded through backoffice, since i see the images clearly when i edit the slideshow.
I am not feeling fully right with giving my ftp details to people i completely do not know? moreover, i am not even sure how to give it privately, so that other users wont see it. Is there no other soulutions to fix it? i can edit the files myself, if you give me code to replace.
But from our demo, as you see we have no this error. so we can't help you only info you gave to us.
One more thing, you can trust us. we have many customers and many support, they are always give info of back office, FTP and Cpanel if posible. So we can help them. when you give your info on ticket, only you and we see it. And we always prestige with all our customers.
