Hi guys,

I would like to add more than 4 "field tabs categories slider" in my home page. I've copied the module and edit some files (i.e. config.xml, fieldtabcateslider_5.php, css, and so on...) So I've installed it but it gives me an error "You are not allowed to update the fieldtabcateSlider_5 form. Make sure you've signed in to the PrestaShop Addons access with which you purchased it." 

The login ID and Password I use to log on my Prestashop account are the same I used to Buy the theme.

Hi Peter,

Thank you very much for your quick reply. I'm actually working on customer private server and for security reason FTP protocol is disabled. I need to insert fieldtabcateslider_5, fieldtabcateslider_6, fieldtabcateslider_7, fieldtabcateslider_8. Is it possible for you to attach the file or to send them via email telling me where to put them in site directories?

thank you very much for your reply. My problem is that when I try to install the module, prestashop gives me an error like this "You don’t have the rights to update the fieldtabcateSlider_5 module. Please make sure you are logged in to the PrestaShop Addons account that purchased the module."

I'm logged into PrestaShop Addons with the same account of the theme purchase (cercoedo@g****.com). 

I've also tried to manually upload the module via SCP and change permission on all files & directory to 777 but no results..

Hi Peter,

Thank a lot for your reply. The problem affect an online store, if you try it in a local machine it works. I've seen other posts in Prestashop Forum with same issue but not a solution... Any help is appreciated!
