But the other issue i am having is anytime i checkout by bankwire i get "Your shopping cart is empty." i have tried to reset and also uninstall but its still not working.

Sorry i have fixed the error already but the issue I am now having is that is there anyway i can create a custom option for customers to select for a product before checking out.

That is if i am selling a hair-wig for example i'll have a custom option where customers can specify the colour, the length and the size.
