    Hello,

    I followed your documentation step by step but when it comes to upload a new background image for the newsletter popup, I got an ERR_ACCESS_DENIED

    I gave -R permissions to www-data on the pre-asked folders but it does not seem like it is enough.
    Would you mind give me a hint please?

    And provide us FTP credentials and Back Office access of the site.

    I\'m working on local right now and I have an internal UAT server.

    Can you upload image in other module?

    Did you try set permissions to both folder: where the image located and \"modules\\fieldpopupnewsletter\\img\"

    It\'s hard to take a hint because we can\'t see your store, can\'t check it.

    Seems like it\'s working when I\'m using a virtual remote server.
    Guess I\'ll be doing param within it.
