    Hello, our store is in 3 languages and the problem is that customers receive a blank message when they subscribe to popup newsletter, same for confirmation email and coupon email sent after newsletter subscription.

    Every other email works and can be sent without problem. The only emails that doesn't work are the newsletter confirmation and the relate coupon code. I’ve tried to open fieldpopupnewsletter folder via FTP and I’ve found that’s only 2 languages for emails, EN and AR. I've added a new folder with IT, I've putted the same files that I've found inside EN folder, changed the content but it still doesn’t work.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi Neil!

    Now it\'s working... The only thing that is changed is the layout of the sign up form that overlays the image now, and before was at the bottom.. As you can see in the screenshot attached.
