I’ve transferred my semi finished shop using theme newyork17-fashion9 with prestashop 1.7.7.8 from my wamp ‘localhost’ url to my current ‘wonders.gr’ url live site (which I have it on maintenance mode until completely finished)) and I encounter an issue with a response delay (about 10 sec) of the slideshow on Home page ( the NEWSLETTER responds immediately with no delay problem). See attach screen shot
In wamp ‘localhost’ url I have no issue no response delay.
Any suggestions how to fix the response delay of the slideshow in my current url?
Hi You review your server response speed. Your local response speed is normal, when you upgrade the server, you should review your server speed. You can reduce the image size so your page can load faster You can go to Advanced Parameters -> Performance -> CCC (Combine, Compress and Cache) and enable it, it might speed you up a bit Thanks
I did a few things like database repair, optimization & uninstalled a couple of modules and saw improvement. I think will be OK once I finish shop and enable all caches (also have in mind image sizes).
