Hi, I try to install any cookie modules and it makes conflicts with the template. Because it never appears.

I try with 2 diferent modules and makes the same problem.

Another issue is that I try to put some custom.css or custom.js on the assest directory and this to files is always white even if i wrote something.

    Hi again Peter

I send you some screenshots about the Issues I have, about the module I spoke firts with the creators of the module because I thought was their fault but in the module is all ok and the configuration too. So they tell me that is posible that the module have some conflicts with the template. But this happens with 2 diferent modules of cookie modules that have the correct configuration but never shows in the web.

The other issue I have is that i modify the custom.css and the custom.js but it never shows nothing in the website.

    Thanks for you help.

    Regards.

    Hi Cristina ,

It seems that the website you have has a cache that stores old files. They have not been cleared to update the new content.

I tried fixing the file but there was no change.

    Hi Cristina ,

I add hook footer in file:
    Root / themes / name_theme / templates / layouts / layout-both-columns.tpl
If they receive, there will be a lot of changes at the bottom of your page.
and then you will need to remove unnecessary modules from the displayfooter hook

    Hi Cristina ,

they are received but js are having errors. You can turn on f12 and check your js error code problem on the console tab.

    Sorry, The correct path is:

    Root / themes / name_theme / templates / layouts / layout-both-columns.tpl

Until now all files have been changed but not updated on your website.

We do not understand what this problem is.

Does your hosting set something up?

    Hi Cristina ,

Yes, also quite surprising, but custom.css file with .js has no data.
