    ive just noticed the captcha isnt working in the blog? is this a module as well?

    They have a bug with the captcha generated file,

    We still do not understand what caused it.

    Can you contact the developer of smartblog or ask questions here for their modules, because my english is poor

    Hi, Thanks for last help but im no further on with it . i have another problem now. product Pictures are not showing on mobile . I also have a problem with SSL saying some of my pictures are http instead of https. ive read this could be a problem with theme ? can you help please

    Hi Paul ,

    1, With your image, add the img-responsive class.

    2, with images if they are images in static modules please retype them or edit the html of the staticblock or footer with that image.

    wow , do i have to do this for every picture?? i have over a 1000 products. I dont recall it doing this before, do you know why now? is it the theme?

    I think we are getting confused. so thats what i need to do to change to Https. Ok brilliant thanks. But i have a problem that my pictures are not showing up on mobile also..

    Hi Paul ,

    Did you add class = "img-responsive"?

    The image of the product is not needed but for static images, it needs some changes.

    yes i have. the pictures load better on home screen thank you. But i still dont have product images showing on mobile.

    Hi sorry to be a pain. On my home screen i have the main slide banner. This banner i thought was causing my site to load really slowly. Ive removed all the slides now except on so it just shows one banner. This has meant my site loads faster on chrome and firefox but it still takes ages to load in safari. I just get the timer for ages. ive not got any blockers in safari  so im wondering why it does this. i was also wanting to not have the main slider at all and just have a fixed image. Is this possible?

    There is a faulty image path, maybe they are the cause,

    But if you want to remove slideshows, you can, and instead use a banner.

    hi thanks for fast response. That dent banner doesnt exist i deleted it. I only have one image now. should i reset the top banner and install new image would that help?  how do i reset this

    Please try to enable cache, smarty css, smarty js, apache

    i have all that switched on .  How do i get rid of this please? do i delete banner? It only has this problem in safari the others seem to load faster

    ive also tried to use memcache and have asked host to enable but it wont let me do it they say it a problem with prestashop ? i just cant load server
