    Dear Support,

    I've installed my recently purchased Prestashop theme 'Loki' but when I want to enable the theme I get the following error: You are not allowed to enable this module.

    Did I miss something in my configuration? I can enable other themes without any trouble.

    Hi Joop Visscher,

    Sorry, we have never encountered this problem,

    Make sure you use the install theme,

    Or maybe send us your back-office (admin) and store how much you want to be installed, we will help you install the theme.

    We removed the old theme and added new ones.
    They are usable.

    Hi Joop Visscher,

    We tested in many ways but apparently had problems with your file permissions,

    Set them with the folder 755 and file 644.

    If the issue is not fixed, try prestashop default and add theme again.

    Note to use only PHP 7.0 or below.
