    Dear,

    When I make a test in the back-office the e-amails works but on the contact page i have got an message of error (attached file).

    Hi Christian ,

    Try replacing the contact file in:

    Root \ themes \ name_theme \ modules \ contactform \ views \ templates \ widget \ contactform.tpl

    of the classic in our theme.

    I have done it. The text is know in french so it takes the new file but i have still a message of error.

    Hi Christian ,

    The error seems to be common from PS's contactform modules.

    Or check the mail of the staff to receive mail from the contact.

    When i make a test with backoffice the message is sent so i think the problem come from somewhere else.

    I resolved the problem. I have changed somtehing in the back-office yesterday to try to manage the problem.

    So it didn't work either but this morning when i changed the contact.tpl files i let the changed in the back-office.


    Now with the classic file and the change back in the back-office it works.

    So what you told me to do is all right; The classic contact.tpl works.

    Yes, Maybe the contact.tpl in our theme does not match the new version of PS you are using.
