I have the Field Themes, new York theme running in Prestashop 1.6.0.14. How can I upgrade theme to work with PrestaShop 1.7.2.5 without loose design, menus, etc? I’m sorry, but I’ve never upgrade a PrestaShop installation, nor a Theme in PrestaShop.
You are using Ps 1.6.0.9 and you can only update to 1.6.1.18 Because Ps 2, 1.6 and 1.7 are different structures. You can use the 1-click upgrade module to do that. note: back-up everything before doing the upgrade, avoid unfortunate circumstances occurred.
