Thanks for the fast response , perhaps ive not explained correctly im not good at this :-) i wanted to know where the products are picked up from ? i seem to have very random products under the title popular products and i dont know how to add products i would like. I have created a category called featured products and it would be nice for this module to show this category. Thanks PS i think also i will do the suggestion you said before
just after i sent it to you i found it :-) ive added the category number i want as you explained but its not changed? do i have to delete cache? i opened in new private window but its still the same products as before thanks again
i cannot find where to edit popular products on home page ive looked at other tickets on this but they didnt help either. I have the Dorada Theme

You are using the PS's default featured modules,
So they do not have style.
Now you just do the following:
browse to file:
\ modules \ ps_featuredproducts \ views \ templates \ hook \ ps_featuredproducts.tpl
Add to them the following class: title_center horizontal_mode
in the same place as in the picture.

Hi Paul ,
So go to the list of installed modules.
Look for feature modules (not the fieldtheme modules) then configure them,
Enter your category id into it.
