Unfortunately we have not encountered this problem ever, Please use the install theme. Try installing a default PS and import the new language, then add theme.

volvi a instalar desde cero prestasho, fuanciona bien pero cuando agrego un nuevo idioma es cuando pasa este error, a que crees que se deba
