    Hello,

     i got a problem when i try to install a quickstart theme 1 -> “Create default shop and languages” during the step of the install. Do you have an idea ?

    Please add that theme and we will control it.

    Install and use that theme,

    We can not connect to your FTP to delete files in the remaining steps,

    Can you help us?

    \ Root \ cache \ smarty \ delete 2 "cache" and "compile" folders

    \ Root \ cache \ delete the file class_index.php

    I Have another question, i sent a logo in PNG with transparent background but when i publish it, the logo is converted in jpeg with white background (as you can see in the webshop)

    Do you have an idea ?

    The problem is probably that when installing the theme, there is a problem with the install hook,

    We have reset modules and they are stable

    Hello again,

    How can i reset all modules by myself ?

    I tried to migrate to another server. I don't understand.

    Step 1 : Copy all files of my ftp to my local machine

    Step 2 : Export database

    Step 3  : Copy from my local machine to the new ftp 

    Step 4 : Import database

    Step 5 : Clean cache

    The result of theses steps work only in our admin panel.

    But we got 500 error in shop side.

    In the admin panel we got this error : 

    1. elevatezoom (erreur de syntaxe dans /modules/elevatezoom/elevatezoom.php)
    2. elevatezoom (classe manquante dans /modules/elevatezoom/elevatezoom.php)


    Please, explain to me because i will be crazy. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE ? I juste have copy and past files ftp, import and export database and clean cache.

    Did you write something in the code like ip address or something like that ?? (even if i tried to find that in your code)

    Hi Sacha ,

    Sorry for late reply, we just went through a long holiday and now we are back to work.

    Maybe while moving things,

    There was a bug that caused the elevatezoom.php file to crash.

    And we have reset them.
