Double click in add to cart button, only in iPhone

Hi to all. I need some help with my rococo theme. The website is https://euskogourmet.es and the problem is that when viewing the site in an iPhone (We have tested it in a iPhone 6s), if you want to add a product to the ajax cart, you have to do a double click. If only one click (or "tap") is made, the effect is the same than the "hover" in a desktop device.

It works fine on Android and desktop, the problem only occurs in iPhone, no matter wich browser we use (Safari or Chrome).

I don't think many of my clients are able to know this, so please, ¿How can I modify the theme? Thanks by advance

    Hi Jon,

    We are researching this issue,

We have not found the cause of the problem,

We suspect that css has changed.

Well, CSS has been changed, but if the css were the problem, it would affect to all kind of devices, right?. We have tested your demo sites (with rococo theme) and they also have the same problems on iPhone...

At first we thought it was something with the quick view, but I've disabled it and the bug is still there. It has to be something in the javaScript code, with the focus property, or something similar.

    Hi Jon,

    Sorry,

But we tested the demo with iphone6 everything was fine.

We still do not understand the reason for them, need time to find out the cause.

The problem is that in your demo, when you click the "add to cart button", the buttons for "whislist" and "compare" are displayed, instead of adding the product to the cart. When you click a second time, it's when the product is added. (See the video attached).

We don't need any of these functionalities (whislist & compare), so we want to add the product in the first click. It works fine, except in iPhones 6.

    Cheers,

    Jon

    Hi Jon,

Are they completely different than we see?

Try not to hove and just click on the add-to-cart button to see them?

Sorry, really this problem we do not know, we did not find out on your site.

    Sorry.

    Hi Jon,

    Sorry,

    We checked again,

They are all browsers on the ios operating system, possibly with macos. We have not checked.

We do not know much about what happened, but can you try with the default view they have similar?

    Best Regards,
    Martin - FieldThemes

  • Jon replied

I don't know ehat you mean with "the default view".

I only know that since you have been accessing to my site, there are more errors. Now, an php error is appearing in the admin panel every single time I browse for a page:

Unknown error on line 12 in file /var/www/vhost/euskogourmet.es/home/html/modules/fieldtestimonials/libs/Params.php
[8192] Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; FieldParams has a deprecated constructor

And of course, the CSS has been changed a lot, and the menú is not displaying correctly. There's a black background that shuoldn't be there. (See the attached) The mobile responsive is not working. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY SITE??? I need it recovered inmediately!
