I've tried everything I could think of to get the footer to display on the theme, to no avail. I've resetted modules, I've deactivated and re-activated the theme, I've rewritten all theme and related modules files, cleared cache and deleted files in the cache folder. Alas, no footer.
If not change, please check that, as you see from our demo we have some language, if your store use new package language, module staticfooter and staticblock from our theme not get content automatic for new language, so please go to back office > manage static footer (or static block), sellect language and fill content for new language:
