    Hello, 


    I'm writing to you because I'm trying to install on my Prestashop the new theme I just bought. 

    I've download the .zip file on my desk but then I can upload the theme on Prestashop. My prestashop account use to log out automatically every 5 minutes when I'm passive, so when I try to upload the theme, it takes about an hour. But at the end I have to log in again and the theme isn't on my Prestashop.

    I use generally the browser Chrome, so I also tried with Firefox, but it doesn't even start uploading. 

    Do you have any idea of how can I upload the theme ? 

    Prestashop proposes to upload it by an URL, but I don't even know how to open a .zip file in a browser.

    sorry you about our delay, we have just come back our office after day off holiday yesterday, so we are lately to feedback you asap.

    Thanks for your patient!

    We review your comments, we check again our theme, we try install our themes. and all work right.

    From back office you can install theme by FTP

    -copy folder our theme (example "vela") to folder "themes"

    (path root/themes/...)

    Then go to back office > add theme from FTP:


    Do you work on localhost or form your server?

    If possible, please give us info FTP and info back office access to your store and tell us what theme, homepage you want install for your store.

    We will check and help you asap!
