    I've made a promotion code for an item yet it can be used for any item available on our e-shop. So my question is what would be the process to make special promotion code available just for 1 item.

    We sorry you because from our theme, we have no module to get products as special promotion code, we use function get special products as function from default quickstart prestashop.

    So hope you understand and check again that,

    HI, thanks for your comments,

    As you see from our theme and as we told you, we use function get special products as default prestashop, it's mean if you config special price for products from back office, it's will be special products, if special products have start and end time, coutdown-timmer to be displayed:

    if you have no products with specific price, they are not to be display.

    we sorry you because we don't really understand "cancel the promotion code", what does it's mean? could you give us some screenshots about that, we will check and help you asap!
