    Hi, I purchase this template, but it doesn't work, i have try in quickstart mode or by Preferences > Themes, but this is the result :

    Only the logo change 

    What's the problem ? thanks

    Please provide us FTP credentials and Back Office access of your site and please tell us what theme and what store on this theme(1,2,3 or 4) you want install for your store,
