    When I Use mega menu, I have always the same error. And I cand add categories.

    Hi,

    please override file tiny_mce from attach file for your file on your sever and check again.

    path (root/js/tiny_mce/tiny_mce.js)

    Hello again. I have overwritten the file and I have deleted the cache but it still does not work.

    Hi, 

    sorry you because our delay, we have some problem with our server, so we are late to feedback you.

    Please go to back office and true that you delete cache as image:

    and go to your server following path root/cache/smarty and rename 2 folder "cache" and "compile", delete cache browser and check again:

    Hi again,

    I've done everything you tell me in the mail, but the megamenu still doesn't work. Still showing the same error.
    I've installed Prestashop 1.6.1.10.

    Hi,
    Thank you very much, I have tried it in Mozilla Firefox and it works correctly. But Google Chrome does not work. Why does this happen?

    You need to clear the cache on Google Chrome

    Do you use PS 1.7 or 1.6?
